Im Zuge dieser Entwicklungen stellt die Sicherung und Weitergabe von Sach- und Erfahrungswissen an nachfolgende Führungskräfte eine wichtige Einflussgröße dar. Ziel der Masterarbeit war die Identifikation von Anforderungen, denen sich Unternehmen der Sozialwirtschaft im Rahmen eines Wechsels an der Spitze stellen müssen, um den Verlust von stellenrelevantem Wissen zu begrenzen. Darüber hinaus zielt die Forschungsarbeit darauf ab, das Bewusstsein für die Relevanz von Wissensmanagement im Zuge eines Führungskräftewechsels in sozialwirtschaftlichen Unternehmen zu stärken. Um sich dem definierten Forschungsziel empirisch zu nähern, liegt der Studie eine explorative Erhebung von zehn leitfadengestützten Expert*inneninterviews zugrunde. Die Untersuchungen wurden als retrospektive Befragungen konzipiert. Interviewteilnehmende waren Entscheidungsträger*innen der Sozialwirtschaft, die innerhalb des vergangenen Jahres in eine unternehmensleitende Position gewechselt sind. Grundlage der empirischen Arbeit bildeten Analysen des aktuellen fachlichen Diskurses, gesellschaftlicher und sozioökonomischer Entwicklungen im Sozialwesen sowie relevanter theoretischer Hintergründe. Mittels der durchgeführten inhaltsanalytischen Auswertung, konnte das generierte Expert*innenwissen anhand von neun soziologischen Kategorien verdichtet und abgebildet werden. Um Wissen im Rahmen vom Onboarding auf der obersten Leitungsebene systematisch und nachhaltig zu managen, wurden 18 Anforderungen identifiziert, denen sich sozialwirtschaftliche Unternehmen zur Sicherung ihrer betrieblichen Kontinuität ab sofort stellen mü
