Die Aufstellung einer Nutzwertanalyse bildet die Basis, um die theoretischen Entscheidungsmodelle nach deren Anwendbarkeit im Automobilkontext zu bewerten und zu vergleichen. Abschließend wird durch die methodische Vorgehensweise die grundlegende These beantwortet, dass die Erfolgsfaktoren je Branche und Outsourcing Spezifika variieren.
About the Author: Toni Carlowitz, B.A., wurde im August 1989 geboren. Sein Studium im Fach Business Administration absolvierte der Autor an der Fachhochschule Südwestfalen und schloss es Anfang des Jahres 2014 erfolgreich ab. Vor und während des Studiums sammelte der Autor bereits umfassende praktische Erfahrungen in den Unternehmensbereichen Management Consulting, Sales und Strategie bei den Konzernen IBM, Atos und Siemens.
