About the Author: Shon Bury began his comic book career at age 22 writing for such publishers as Marvel, DC Comics, WildStorm, and Valiant. Career highlights include writing Superman Adventures, Impulse, Power Pack, and a canceled relaunch of Micronauts with Carrie Nord for Marvel. After a four-year hiatus from comic books, Shon returned with Nox, an original graphic novel based on the Hero Cycle and White Goddess myth. Through his own company, Space Goat Productions, he has written Big Game Hunters and Mage, Inc., as well as created Mr. First, Uncanny Valley High, Dark Lily, and Zombie Camp. He is also the author of the novella, Letters from the Bellybutton of the World.
Ian Waryanto was born in Jakarta, Indonesia. Ian never attended art school, but has been a freelance artist for twelve years. His unique animation style has earned him several awards, including "Special Fan Art Award" from Wizard Indonesia: The Magazine of Comics in 2005. Ian has worked on several books for Capstone and helped Space Goat Production bring Mage, Inc. to life.
Dave Land has worked as a comics editor since 1996 including fifteen years as a Senior Editor with Dark Horse Comics, working on titles including Star Wars, Tony Millionaire's Sock Monkey, Sergio Aragonés' Groo, and Conan. Dave's books have won three Eisners and one Harvey and he has worked with two successive Russ Manning award winners, Jerome Opeña (2003) and Eric Wight (2004). He's worked with licensors including Lucasfilm, Fox, Blizzard, Pixar, and Disney as well as some of the world's best comics creators including the legendary Jerry Robinson, Al Williamson, and Carlos Meglia. Dave is also proud to have written the series Werewolves on the Moon: Versus Vampires with the Fillbach Brothers and the series Star Wars: Infinities -- The Empire Strikes Back. Dave spends his time trying not to take life too seriously with his wife, daughter, and two cats in Portland, Oregon.
