Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2010 im Fachbereich Didaktik - BWL, Wirtschaftspädagogik, Note: 2, Wissenschaftliche Hochschule Lahr, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Der Bildungsausschuss verfasste im Jahr 1990 im Auftrag der Bund-Länder-Kommission für Bildungsplanung und Forschungsförderung folgendes Konzept: "Aufgabe des Bildungswesens ist es, allen Kindern und Jugendli-chen, eine ihre Fähigkeiten entsprechende Bildung zu vermitteln. ...Auftrag an die Schule, jeden jungen Menschen gemäß seinen individuellen Begabungen und Neigungen zu fördern. Daher müssen besondere Begabungen frühzeitig erkannt und gefördert werden....Besondere Fördermaßnahmen sind erforderlich, um auch denjenigen die volle Entfaltung ihrer Begabung zu ermöglichen, die über das schulische Angebot hinausgehende Beratung und Förderung benötigen..." Seit diesem Zeitpunkt werden Ressourcen in die Förderung von ... Die Identifizierung und Förderung von Hochbegabten kann durch eine Selbst-, Eltern-, Lehrkraftnominierung sowie durch psychologische Fachkräfte stattfinden. Für die schulische Förderung stehen viele Ansätze zur Verfügung. Neben kostenneutralen Maßnahmen, wie z.B. die vorzeitige Einschulung und das Überspringen von Jahrgangsstufen, gibt es auch kostenintensive Programme, wie z.B. Sonderschulen und Internate. Nicht außer Acht gelassen werden dürfen die reformpädagogischen Schulen, die zahlreiche Ansätze zur gezielten Förderung von Hochbegabten forcieren. Peter Petersen verfasste schon im Jahre 1916 ein Sammelband mit dem Titel: Der Aufstieg der Begabten. "Es waren Reformpädagogen, wie Petersen und Montessori, die die Individualität des Kindes in den Mittelpunkt des Unterrichts rückten." ... Im Zusammenhang mit der Förderung von Begabten wird das im Grundgesetz verankerte Recht auf Chancengleichheit diskutiert.
