Zu diesem Zweck muss auch schon innerhalb einzelner Abteilungen vielfältig koordiniert und immer wieder auf den Prüfstand gestellt werden, was man tut und wie man es tut, sodass ein Rädchen in das andere greift: Die nötigen Veränderungsprozesse müssen in die Wege geleitet werden. Was sind Veränderungsprozesse? Skandinavien ist bekannt für hervorragendes Unternehmensmanagement und gleichzeitig eine vorbildliche arbeitnehmerfreundliche Sozialkompetenz. Die schwedische Unternehmensberaterin Jeanette Fors-Andrée definiert unternehmensbezogene Veränderungsprozesse so: "En förändringsprocess är en kedja av aktiviteter som syftar till att ta en organisation/grupp/individ från ett tillstånd till ett annat framtida och önskvärt tillstånd".
