"Lost Case Encounters" is the comprising of three separate stories. Individuals lost, or searching for those that have lost contact with them, and coming across malicious entities and creatures that threaten their survival. Each case encounter will bring you to the outbound fields of space, the dense and lively thicket to the mountainous region of Wisconsin, and to the vast rugged, swamp filled terrain of Siberia. The first short is "Dwelling Peril". With Confederate Rangers not reporting in from pursuit of Anarchists, rescue is sent to ascertain the whereabouts of the Rangers, recover them, and hope to put down the Anarchists' operations. Their attempts of recovery bring them deep into the underground of the planet in the Almas system. Discoveries will be made, brutish betrayal committed, and personal affairs laid bare to the troopers.

The second short to be included is "In The Woods They Lie". Wisconsin officers on duty are called upon to aid in conducting search of lost teens and a unit that hasn't reported in since the start. Search lies within the lively and lush green trees of the rugged terrain of the mountain to their hometown of Graf. Out of town officers are brought in to assist with combing the large area. The mountain will be home to scattered gruesome sights, terrifying all searchers and bystanders along the hillsides and ridges to its height. An outside agent is dispatched to help with finding the teens and narrowing down the cause and person behind the killings, but has an agenda of his own.

The third short is "Lost Flight Trek". Sam Beggers leaves St. Petersburg, Russia after a close tragedy. Flight passengers and him head towards disaster with a crash landing. Those fortunate enough to survive, the weather not letting up and having no means to get the plane's transponder working again, head out on foot to Brislava in hopes of safety and rescue with experienced rescue people to guide. A malevolent Rusalka pursues the survivors, wanting to find the precious gift within their midst to further extend her time. Hard hitting cold from the Siberian early spring, little sleep, relentless marching, and little food rattle the fatigued survivors. Animals hold aggressively to their heels, contributing to further tragedy for the group. All the hardships brought on by their trackers begin to draw division amongst those continuing on with brutal acts being committed for the sake of survival. Sam looks to helping how he can and looking after those in the group, however, the weight of the responsibilities being forced on him from the tragedies stir unpleasant memories. His light in the dark lies with a mother and her child as he tries to keep people together.
