Los balcones de Madrid es una obra teatral que se inscribe en el género de la comedia de capa y espada, tradicionalmente atribuida al dramaturgo del Siglo de Oro español, Tirso de Molina. Independientemente de quién sea su verdadero autor, la obra es notable tanto por su ingeniosa estructura como por su temática progresista.

La construcción escénica es particularmente destacable.
