Strukturierte Nanomagnete sind derzeit von grossem Interesse, da sie das Potential z. B. fur eine Anwendung als Speichermedium mit sehr hoher Speicherdichte besitzen. Das Verstandnis des Magnetismus von Nanostrukturen ist eine wichtige Voraussetzung fur Fortschritte auf diesem Gebiet. Von besonderer Bedeutung ist detailliertes Wissen uber das Ummagnetisierungsverhalten der Elemente, damit wichtige Anforderungskriterien erfullt werden konnen. Seit Jahren wird in diesem Zusammenhang intensiv an der Entwicklung eines magnetischen Speicherelementes gearbeitet, dem sogenannten MRAM (Magnetic Random Access Memory). Ein wichtiger Aspekt ist die Wahl der Geometrie des MRAM-Elements. Dabei ruckte in den letzten Jahren die Struktur der Kreisscheibe in den Mittelpunkt des Interesses, da diese fur bestimmte Probendimensionen eine magnetische Vortexstruktur ausbildet. Diese Magnetisierungskonfiguration hat den Vorteil, dass sie nur geringe Streufelder verursacht, was eine hohe magnetische Stabilitat und eine nur geringe Beeinflussung benachbarter Elemente zur Folge hat. In dieser Arbeit werden in diesem Zusammenhang zwei Konzepte vorgestellt, die es ermoglichen sollen, die in-plane-Magnetisierungskomponente eines Vortex zur Informationsspeicherung zuganglich zu machen, namlich die Struktur einer Kreisscheibe mit zwei Punktdefekten und die Struktur zweier uberlappender Kreisscheiben. Als Material fur die Strukturen wurde jeweils das weichmagnetische Permalloy gewahlt. Als Verfahren fur die experimentelle Untersuchung wurde die Lorentz-Transmissionselektronenmikroskopie genutzt. Sie ermoglicht es, den Verlauf der Magnetisierung in magnetischen Mikro- und Nanostrukturen abzubilden. Dabei kamen die Fresneltechnik und die Elektronenholografie zum Einsatz, wobei letztere das Auflosungsvermogen der Fresneltechnik deutlich ubertrifft, so dass auch die quantitative Messung kleinster Komponenten der magnetischen Induktion magnetischer Teilchen und der sie umgebenden Streufelder moglich ist. Die experimentell erzielten Ergebnisse werden durch mikromagnetische Simulationsrechnungen vervollstandigt.
