About the Author: Franziska Stallmann, M.A., wurde 1987 in Herford geboren. Nach dem erfolgreichen Abschluss ihres wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bachelor-Studiums arbeitete sie zunächst bei einem der führenden, internationalen Logistikdienstleister in Großbritannien. Daran schloss sie ihr Masterstudium im Bereich "Management & Unternehmensentwicklung" an, innerhalb dessen die Autorin sich verstärkt mit den strategischen Fragestellungen der Logistik und des Onlinehandels auseinandersetzte. 2012 schloss sie ihr Studium erfolgreich ab. Parallel dazu konnte die Autorin wichtige, praktische Erfahrungen aus ihrer Anstellung bei einem Hamburger Beratungsunternehmen mit E-Commerce Fokus sammeln. Ihre Erfahrungen aus der beruflichen Tätigkeit lieferten die Motivation zur Auseinandersetzung mit der Thematik dieses Buches.
