O Lobisomem de Serrinha é herdeiro da ancestralidade dos lubis europeus da Transilvânia, heterônimo adotado pelo jornalista Tasso Franco para dar vida a um dos personagens mais populares do folclore brasileiro, amado, temido, querido, odiado, e que está aculturado e vive numa boa na localidade de Serrinha, interior da Bahia, frequentando a missa na catedral basílica, comendo queijo de Minas e saboreando café Zenerosa, dedicando-se a caça de animais somente nos momentos de lua cheia e de atividades festivas em sua familia. O Lubi tem um olhar crítico sobre a vida de 'Pindorama', dos políticos, dos dirigentes locais, estaduais e nacionais no enfrentamento do coronavirus este virus letal que já matou mais de 250 mil brasis. É um crítico de costumes que comanda uma organização politica social (não é uma ONG) e vai narrando como 'Pindorama' enfrenta a pandemia a ponto de sua cidade colocar o nome de uma rua como Beco da Covid, a mais movimentada da urbe, para homenagear o virus também apelidado de 'coronga'. Ao olhar crítico do Lubi não escapa ninguém até mesmo figuras do além com quem conversa, com quem dialoga, pessoas que vivem nos Anéis de Saturno, a politização da vacinação em 'Pindorama' com alguns dos seus amigos temendo serem vacinados por produtos da China e da Rússia e que sejam inoculados com o "virus" do comunismo, as questões voltadas para o social, o auxílio emergencial, a nota de R$200,00 que foi lançada durante a pandemia e deveria ter a sua efígie e não a do lobo guará. O Lubi está de tal maneira integrado a vida da sociedade local que participou de uma viagem a São Paulo com os velhinhos transviados para serem contemplados com a vacinação e fizeram mais uma viagem de turismo do que reservada à ciência. O Lubi narra tim-tim por tim-tim tudo o que se passou com os transviados nas noites paulistana e mineira a ponto de um dos seus colegas se abraçar com uma vedete e não querer mais voltar a Serra. A Serra é sua gloriosa Serrinha que, embora seja uma cidade do Sertão, tem clima parecendo o da Suiça e, em tempos idos, antes do aquecimento global era possível esquiar e curtir a neve, atividade que sua esposa, dona Ester Loura, praticava em toda temporada de inverno, ela que é amante de vinhos da Rioja.
