Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2015 im Fachbereich BWL - Unternehmensführung, Management, Organisation, Note: 1,4, Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In dieser Hausarbeit zum Modul "Forschungsmethoden und Statistik" soll untersucht werden, wie sich positive Verstärkung in Form von Lob auf die Produktivität und die Arbeitszufriedenheit auswirkt. Die Untersuchung wurde in einem unbekannten Unternehmen durchgeführt. Anlass für die Untersuchung ist die sinkende Produktivität und Zufriedenheit mit der Arbeit bei den Mitarbeitern in Folge eines Führungskräftewechsels aufgrund einer Fusionierung des Unternehmens. Ziel der Untersuchung ist es, einen positiven Effekt von Lob auf die Arbeitszufriedenheit und die Produktivität nachzuweisen. Dafür wurde die Arbeitszufriedenheit anhand eines Fragebogens bei 15 Versuchsteilnehmern vor und nach der Manipulation gemessen. Zudem wurde die Anzahl der Vertragsabschlüsse vor und nach der Manipulation zur Untersuchung herangezogen. Die Führungskräfte wurden angewiesen, einen Monat lang jeden Mitarbeiter für einen erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss zu loben. Das Ergebnis der Untersuchung konnte einen signifikanten Zusammenhang zwischen Lob als positiven Verstärker und einer Steigerung der Arbeitszufriedenheit bestätigen. Ein Einfluss von Lob auf die Produktivität konnte jedoch nicht bestätigt werden, da die Prüfung der Daten kein signifikantes Ergebnis lieferte.
