Una sola muerte puede llevarse la alegría de muchas personas.Escribir sobre la muerte es muy duro, pero si sirve de algo recoger todo ese dolor y compartirlo contigo para que encuentres algo que te sirva con tu vida, habrá merecido la pena.Tuve que aprender a vivir tras la muerte de mis seres queridos, coger fuerzas y transmitirlas a mi familia, normalizar las cosas lo antes posible y seguir con nuestras vidas.Cuando ya tocas hondo y solo te queda salir al mundo con tu dolor y hacer cosas que te llenen el alma, te aporten, e incluso dejar de hablar con personas que no te ayudan, que más bien te hunden, es un gesto de valentía muy grande.En este libro abro mi corazón y te cuento como me sentí, como superé la muerte de mis familiares y logré sonreír como antes.Te he puesto algunos videos de ejemplos de superación, de viajes que me ayudaron a superar la muerte de mis seres queridos, de actividades para gestionar emociones cómo la rabia, la ira, el dolor.Yo me dirigía hacía un agujero negro sin salida en el que, renovaba o moría. La muerte de un ser querido puede ser una de las cosas más duras de superar, el sentimiento de pérdida, de culpa, la frustración e impotencia de no poder hacer nada, son muchas las emociones que están relacionadas con la muerte.En mi caso por desgracia he vivido la muerte muy de cerca durante toda mi vida, la muerte de mi amor en un accidente de coche fue muy traumático para mí.Pero más adelante perder a mi padre y a mi madre y a más miembros de mi familia ha sido devastador. El cáncer es de las enfermedades más actuales y quien la ha vivido de cerca sabe que es un continuo pulso con la vida.Seguir adelante y sentir que eres huérfana, es muy duro da igual la edad que tengas.
