Le tofu contient beaucoup d'eau et vous voudrez en presser la plus grande partie, surtout si vous le faites cuire au four, le griller ou le frire. Les presses à tofu sont disponibles dans les magasins, mais il n'est pas nécessaire d'en avoir une. Vous pouvez utiliser une pile de livres, ou tout simplement faire ce que je fais, et utiliser vos mains pour le presser légèrement dans un essuie-tout ou du papier absorbant.
