Before becoming a fitness professional, Eric was an aspiring artist and musician. He believes this background gave him a unique perspective on personal health. He has been an instructor in Yoga, Tai Chi, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Tactical Fitness, Strength Training, and Nutrition Coaching.
