AUSTIN JORDAN FRANKLIN, aka The Good-Natured Guy, is the CEO and cofounder of Good-Natured Life, LLC. Franklin's inspiration for Wake, Rise, and Smile came from a commencement address he delivered at the age of twentyone.
He spoke to a group of adult students with a message titled, "Rise Above Life's Disadvantages." Franklin is highly dedicated to educating, inspiring, motivating, and challenging people to embrace a good-natured lifestyle in business, the community, and in their individual lives.
Austin Franklin earned his bachelor of arts in economics, with a minor in rhetoric, at the tenth oldest college in America, Hampden-Sydney College, near Farmville, Virginia. He earned his HBX CORe credential from Harvard Business School and successfully completed the school's Leading with Finance certificate program as an inaugural participant. He is pursuing his MBA at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
He is a three-time commencement speaker (under the age of 25), a member of The Bethel Church in Jacksonville, Florida, and a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated.
He grew up in Fleming Island, Florida with his parents, Anthony and Deidra Franklin.
