Nous implorons Ses Bénédictions et Sa paix sur Son Noble Prophète Mouhammad, ses compagnons et sur ceux qui le suivent à défendre la cause de la vraie religion jusqu'au jour de la résurrection. Alors que le monde était plongé dans l'obscurité morale et la torpeur spirituelle au sixième siècle de l'ère chrétienne, tant à l'est qu'à l'ouest, un homme naquit à la Mecque qui fut le dernier des Prophètes et Messagers, devint le porteur de la bonne direction aux hommes et fut envoyé comme une miséricorde pour les mondes. Le Message qu'il devait communiquer aux hommes, fut une lumière rayonnante dans les ténèbres de l'ignorance, et un astre lumineux dans la nuit de l'incertitude et l'égarement. Un Message qui débuta par la première révélation divine d'un Livre Noble et Glorieux, le Coran, le dernier Livre révélé à un homme illettré, lui ordonnant: LIS. Ainsi débuta la révélation qui devait s'échelonner sur vingt-trois années de la vie du Prophète -Paix et Bénédiction sur lui- durant lesquelles le Coran devint un livre intégral retenu et récité aussi par ses compagnons, et demeurera inchangeable tel qu'il fut descendu jusqu'au jour de la résurrection, comme Dieu le garantit en disant: C'est nous qui avons fait descendre le Coran et qui en sommes les gardiens [ Coran 15:9]. Mouhammad, dès qu'il a reçu cette révélation, constata que sa mission a déjà commencé en présentant l'Islam à toute l'humanité entière comme une religion universelle qui dépasse toute frontière soit-elle géographique ou raciale. Il mit en relief la véracité du Coran comme un témoignage d'authenticité de la dernière mission divine et la fin du cycle prophétique. Le Coran dut, par la suite, introduire un grand changement dans la vie des hommes, car il traite un très large éventait de sujets touchant à cette vie. Il ne se borne pas aux formes à donner à la dévotion et à l'adoration, mais il les dépasse pour exposer et traiter des problèmes généraux qui ont relation aux activités des hommes dans ce bas monde tels que: la vie politique et sociale, le mariage, le divorce, la succession, la justice, la guerre et la paix, les finances etc... sans pour autant négliger la vie de l'au-delà qui est l'axe de ces activités et le but visé. Pour cela on trouve dans le Coran plusieurs versets qui joignent la croyance en Dieu à celle du jour dernier. Le Coran est le livre saint des musulmans qui renferme les paroles divines révélées à Mouhammad qui n'était du tout son auteur comme prétendent ceux qui ont voulu dénigrer son importance en le prenant une cible de leurs critiques, poussés par leur ignorance et leur fanatisme aveugle. D'ailleurs avant que ceux-là ne se livrent à un tel travail, Dieu en a prédit et dit: Ils voudraient, avec leurs bouches éteindre la lumière d'Allah, alors qu'Allah ne veut que parachever Sa lumière, au dépit des incrédules [Coran9: 32]. Car le Prophète -Paix et Bénédiction sur lui-, en communiquant le Message, ne parlait pas sous l'empire de ses passions, et ses paroles n'ont rien de personnel. Ce qu'il récite lui est révélé [Coran 53:3-4].
