About the Author: RICHARD M."DICK" SOULE was born in 1949 in Riverside, California. Both his father and his maternal grandmother were Navy doctors. He spent a couple of years in the Navy himself, but has spent most of his career in education-related activities. Dick is graduate of Dartmouth College, obtained his Masters Degree at the University of New Hampshire, and completed doctoral coursework at Utah State University . He currently serves as deacon for the adult teaching ministry at Newark Church of Christ in Newark, Delaware, and lives with his wife in s moneypit house nearby.
