Projektarbeit aus dem Jahr 2018 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Schulwesen, Bildungs- u. Schulpolitik, Note: 1,0, Universität Duisburg-Essen (Fakultät für Bildungswissenschaften), Veranstaltung: Projektwerkstatt: Theorie-Praxis-Projekt, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Schule sollte neben der zentralen Aufgabe der Wissensvermittlung auch die allseitige Förderung der Persönlichkeit erfassen. Aus diesem Grund wird es notwendig sein, vielseitige Programme in den Schulalltag zu integrieren und umzusetzen. Das Seminar der Projektwerkstatt hat es mir ermöglicht, den Mehrwert des Seminars über die Achtsamkeit für schulische Zwecke nutzen und ein eigenständiges Projekt entwickeln zu können. Dieses Projekt versucht mit alltäglichen Elementen, die Persönlichkeitsentwicklung bestmöglich zu unterstützen und den Schülerinnen und Schülern ihr auffälliges Verhalten bewusst zu machen. Auf diese Weise sollen auch die Schülerinnen und Schülern mit dem Begriff der Achtsamkeit in Berührung kommen Heterogenität in der Schule bezog sich in meinem Verständnis vermehrt nur auf Lernvoraussetzungen und auf die unterschiedlichen Sozialisationen der Schülerinnen und Schüler. Allerdings stellte sich meine Perspektive als doch sehr oberflächlich dar. Insofern sich die Heterogenität in allen Bereichen wiedererkennen lässt. Lernvoraussetzungen, Lernziele, Motivation, Herkunft, Erwartungen, Verhältnisse, Bewältigung von Schwierigkeiten oder die Entwicklung und Entfaltung der Persönlichkeit. All diese Bereiche sind bei den Schülerinnen und Schülern anderweitig ausgeprägt und vorhanden. Hinzu kommt, dass unter anderem durch diese heterogenen Erscheinungsformen vermehrt Aggressionen und jegliche Lernwiderstände den Schulalltag prägen. Respektlosigkeiten untereinander, Stresszustände, die sich in aggressive und gewaltbereite Haltungen wandelten, ohne dabei diese Impulse kontrollieren zu können, als auch fehlende Lernbereitschaften zählten zur Tagesordnung.
