Die OLEDs haben aufgrund ihrer Anwendung in der Displaytechnologie mit niedrigen Kosten, dünner Oberfläche, flexibler Beschaffenheit und hervorragender Fluoreszenz bei relativ niedrigen Spannungen unzähligen Respekt gewonnen. Diese Arbeit spiegelt die Errungenschaften und Herausforderungen auf dem Gebiet der organischen Leuchtdioden wider. Das primäre Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, verschiedene organische Materialien zu untersuchen, die für die Synthese von OLEDs verwendet werden, und die Auswirkung der Änderung der Dicke und Dotierung auf die Leistung und die maximale Lichtleistung für Festkörper-Beleuchtungsvorrichtungen zu untersuchen.Die vorgeschlagene Struktur wird in der Silvaco ATLAS TCAD 2D Simulator Software entworfen und modelliert. Das vorgeschlagene Design wird die optimale Lösung für die Leistungsverbesserung durch verschiedene Dicken des organischen Materials finden und die beste geeignete Dicke der organischen Schicht herausfinden. Um die Lichtausbeute zu verbessern, spielt auch die Dotierung eine wichtige Rolle. In dem vorgeschlagenen Gerät wird das Ergebnis verschiedener Dotierungskonzentrationen extrahiert und eine geeignete Dotierungskonzentration bei maximaler Lichtleistung erreicht.
