Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2009 im Fachbereich BWL - Didaktik, Wirtschaftspädagogik, Note: 1,3, Christian-Albrechts-Universität Kiel (Pädogigik), Veranstaltung: Didaktik und Fachdidaktik der Wirtschaftslehre, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Mit der Frage, was den Menschen bewegt und motiviert, alltägliche oder extreme Leistungen zu bewältigen, beschäftigten sich viele Forscher. Dabei versuchten sie, anhand von Theorien zu erklären, warum der Mensch handelt bzw. nicht handelt. Manche begründen Handlungsweisen mit Hilfe biologisch-physiologischer Ansätze, denen zufolge Menschen von Hunger angetrieben werden, Nahrung zu suchen. Andere Ansätze begründen eine Handlungsausführung mit Instinkten oder Trieben. Neben persönlichkeitstheoretischen Ansätzen, welche die Individualität des Menschen mit seinen Eigenschaften, wie z. B. der Leistungsbereitschaft, berücksichtigen, entwickelten Forscher die kognitiv-handlungstheoretischen Ansätze. Danach ist der Mensch kein reagierendes sondern ein planendes, auf die Zukunft gerichtetes und sich entscheidendes Wesen. Eine bedeutende Frage dabei ist, inwieweit sich der Mensch beeinflussen und motivieren lässt, bestimmte Handlungen auszuführen. In der Institution Schule, die auf Grund der Schulpflicht für die Schüler mit einem gewissen Zwang verbunden ist, spielt diese Frage im Hinblick auf das Verhältnis zwischen Lehrenden und Lernenden eine besondere Rolle. So sollen die Lernenden von der Institution Schule mit ihren Lehrenden auf das Leben vorbereitet werden, müssen dazu viele neue Sachverhalte lernen und ihre Lernleistung regelmäßig überprüfen lassen. Trotz dieses Zwangsverhältnisses lernen sie zuweilen durchaus motiviert und liefern manchmal gute und manchmal weniger gute Leistungen ab. Die Motivation wird dabei als ein maßgeblicher Faktor angesehen, die Lernenden zu schulischen Leistungen zu bewegen. Daraus ergibt sich die Frage, wie sie sich selbst motivieren und wie fremde Motivation ihren Leistungsprozess unterstützt. Dem Lehren
