Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2019 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Allgemein, Note: 1,0, Christian-Albrechts-Universität Kiel (Pädagogik), Veranstaltung: Grundbegriffe und Grundfragen der Pädagogik, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Arbeit setzt sich mit den Auswirkungen auf den Entwicklungsprozess bei Kindern auseinander, die durch ihre Eltern unter Leistungsdruck gesetzt werden. Ziel der Arbeit ist es dabei, mögliche Ursachen für eine Überlastung des Kindes zu finden und dabei zu analysieren, welche Rolle die Eltern dabei spielen. Dabei sollen gegebenenfalls Maßnahmen gefunden werden, um das Kind zu entlasten und dabei gute Voraussetzungen für eine bestmögliche Entwicklung zu schaffen. In der heutigen Leistungsgesellschaft wird schon vom Kindesalter an immer mehr von jedem Einzelnen erwartet. Schon im Grundschulalter geht es darum, auf welche weiterführende Schule ein Kind später gehen soll und wie die Kinder ihr Leben gestalten sollen. Mit guten Noten kommt man vorzugsweise auf eine höher qualifizierte Schule und dementsprechend erreicht man einen höheren oder niedrigeren Schulabschluss. Viele Kinder stehen somit schon früh unter enormen Druck und in der Familie nimmt das Thema Schule und Leistung einen zentralen Stellenwert ein. Eine Studie besagt, dass 72% der 7-11-jährigen, sowie 81% der 12-18-jährigen Befragten, unter Stress stehen. Bei der Frage wodurch diese sich gestresst fühlen, haben besonders die jüngeren Kinder keine Antwort oder geben häufig Gründe wie Zeit- und Leistungsdruck an. Die etwas Älteren noch etwas spezifischer, dass sie überfordert wären oder unter Nervosität leiden würden. Die Kleineren bemerken Stress häufiger an physischen Reaktionen, wie Kopf- oder Bauchschmerzen, die Älteren nehmen eher psychische Reaktionen, wie Angst oder Erschöpfung wahr. Von den 12-18-jährigen nennen einige zum Thema Stressbewältigung unter anderem das Einlegen von Ruhepausen oder eine Veränderung der Zeitplanung. Die Jüngeren können allerdings häufig keine Methoden nenne
