Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2011 im Fachbereich Didaktik - Theologie, Religionspädagogik, Note: 1,7, Universität Hohenheim (Institut für Wirtschaftspädagogik), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Arbeit ist in die Bereiche 'Leistung' und 'Leistungsbeurteilung' aufgeteilt. Im Bereich 'Leistung' wird zunächst untersucht, wie Leistung mit dem Verlangen nach Anerkennung und mit der Problematik von Angst zusammenhängt. Es ergibt sich die Notwendigkeit, den Begriff Leistung sowohl aus protestantischer, als auch aus pädagogischer Perspektive zu betrachten. Wird Leistung aus der Sicht der Rechtfertigungslehre und unter dem Aspekt des christlichen Menschenbildes betrachtet lautet die Prämisse, dass der Mensch 'gerecht' ist ohne Leistung zu erbringen. Die Forderung nach Leistung im BRU könnte daher aus theologischer Sicht abgelehnt werden. Geht man aber vom pädagogischen Verständnis von Leistung und dem faktisch bestehenden aktuellen Leistungssystem der Schule aus finden sich jedoch gewichtige Argumente, die für die Forderung nach Leistung im BRU sprechen. Der Religionspädagoge ist in einem dritten Schritt gefordert, die beiden Sichtweisen zu vereinen. Nach sorgfältigem Abwägen der divergierenden Argumente ergibt sich eine leichte Tendenz, beim Leistungsprinzip der Schule zu bleiben - Allerdings unter der Bedingung, die Leistungsbewertung auf dem Hintergrund der Rechtfertigung zu betreiben und weiterzuentwickeln. Vor allem muss dann geklärt werden, welche Leistung überhaupt vermittelt werden soll? Aus den ständig sich weiterentwickelnden Anforderungen der Wirtschaft an die Absolventen ergibt sich die Forderung nach Vermittlung notwendiger Kompetenzen, die den SuS allerdings auch grundsätzlich und unabhängig ihres späteren Wertegangs dienlich sind. In dieser Arbeit wird speziell auf die Kompetenzen des "Lehrplan für alle beruflichen Schularten mit Ausnahme des Beruflichen Gymnasiums, [...]" eingegangen.
