Schulpolitik, Note: 2,0, Universität Trier, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ich befasse mich in meinem Portfolio mit einigen Beurteilungsfehlern der Leistungsbeurteilung sowie mit alternativen Formen der Leistungsbeurteilung, die nicht der typischen Benotung mit Ziffern entsprechen, um mehr über die Eignung der neuen Formen der Beurteilung und ihrer Umsetzung im Unterricht zu erfahren. Die Leistungsbeurteilung von SchülerInnen ist für mich als angehende Lehrerin von zentraler Bedeutung. In Deutschland stellt die Bewertung durch Schulnoten trotz enormer Kritik immer noch die weitverbreitetste Form der Leistungsbeurteilung dar. Schulnoten gelten allgemeinhin als ungerecht und nicht aussagekräftig, da sie keine Auskunft darüber geben, wie man seine Leistungen verbessern kann. Die individuelle Leistungssteigerung des Einzelnen wird meist nicht berücksichtigt und es mangelt an der klassenübergreifenden Aussagekraft von Noten. In den Medien wird die Leistungsbeurteilung durch Schulnoten immer wieder stark kritisiert, doch setzen sich alternative Leistungsbeurteilungen wie die Portfolioarbeit nur sehr langsam durch und finden in manchen Schulen noch gar keine Verwendung. Viele Autoren haben sich in ihrer Literatur mit der Diskussion um Noten befasst. Mit alternativen Formen der Leistungsbeurteilung, wie der Lernkontrollen, Portfolios, Präsentationen und Lernentwicklungsgesprächen haben sich vor allem Autoren wie Eiko Jürgens, Felix Winter, Ilse Brunner und Thomas Häcker befasst. Für mich als angehende Lehrerin spielen gerade die neuen Mittel der Leistungsbeurteilung eine große Rolle, da sich die Leistungsbeurteilung in der Schule weiterentwickeln und verbessern muss, da sie nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist und es längst bessere Möglichkeiten gibt, die Leistungen der SchülerInnen zu ermitteln und zu verbessern.
