Ziel ist es, eine eventuelle Interdependenz zwischen den drei Kernthemen dieser Arbeit zu identifizieren. Dieser Themenkreis beinhaltet zunächst den Aspekt der Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf bzw. des Arbeits- und Privatlebens, im Folgenden "Work-Life-Balance". Diese Work-Life-Balance wird theoretisch von mehreren Blickwinkeln betrachtet und als wichtiges Element in dem Zusammenspiel beleuchtet. Als Zweites wird analysiert, was unter Zeit- und Ressourcenmanagement zu verstehen ist und inwiefern es bei der untersuchten Stichprobe der JunglehrerInnen, speziell durch den Übergang vom Studium über den Vorbereitungsdienst in das Berufsleben, zu einer starken Umstellung gekommen ist. Weiterhin von Interesse ist, ob die TeilnehmerInnen in dieser Phase für sie nützliche Zeit- und Ressourcenmanagementstrategien entwickelt haben. Als dritter und größter Abschnitt soll das Thema Burnout und die besonders stark ausgeprägte Gefährdung hinsichtlich dieser Personengruppe untersucht und diskutiert werden. Es soll stets der Blick auf diese drei Themen gelegt und Zusammenhänge sowie Interdependenzen studiert werden. Bei der durchgeführten Onlineumfrage an JunglehrerInnen in der beruflichen Bildung handelt es sich um eine induktive Arbeits- und Vorgehensweise in Form einer explorativen Befragung. Diese Art der Wissenschaft stellt einen unverzichtbaren Teil wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisprozesse dar, für die, ohne derartige Anfänge, das Aufstellen und Prüfen von Hypothesen unmöglich wäre (vgl.
