Essay aus dem Jahr 2014 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Sonstiges, Note: 1,5, Pädagogische Hochschule Freiburg im Breisgau, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Das Portfolio gliedert sich in zwei Teilbereiche. Ersterer analysiert einen Filmausschnitt und setzt diesen mit einer gängigen Theorie des "classroom managements" in Beziehung. Der zweite Teilbereich geht der Frage nach, inwiefern die Fastnacht als heidnischer Brauch zu sehen ist. Der Filmausschnitt "schwierige Gruppenbildung" zeigt eine Lehrperson, die mit ihren Schülern eine Gruppenarbeit durchführen möchte. Vorgesehen war die Einteilung der Gruppen mit Hilfe einer Kiste. Diese Methode scheitert jedoch, da die Kiste nicht aufzufinden ist. Durch diesen Umstand wird der Lehrer aus dem Konzept gebracht. Aus pädagogischer Sicht wird schnell deutlich, dass gerade die fehlende Klassen- bzw. Gruppenführung zentral ist. Alles wirkt chaotisch und unorganisiert. Die Lehrperson selbst macht einen überforderten, unstrukturierten und planlosen Eindruck. Sie reagiert nicht proaktiv oder vorausschauend. Auch wird der Eindruck erweckt, dass ihre intervenierenden Versuche, die Klasse ruhig zu bekommen, sehr schnell scheitern und folglich das Gegenteil eintritt: die Klasse wird zunehmend lauter. Einige Schüler sitzen nicht mehr auf ihren Stühlen. Es breitet sich eine chaotische Stimmung aus. Dadurch wird deutlich, dass die Einteilung in Gruppen, was noch nicht zur eigentlichen Arbeitsphase gehört und einen rein organisatorischen Charakter hat, ebenfalls einer straffen Strukturierung und Vorplanung bedarf.
About the Author: Abitur 2009 am Wirtschaftsgymnasium Donaueschingen. Anschließend folgte ein zweijähriges Studium der Soziologie und VWL an der Universität Konstanz. Seit 2011 Lehramtsstudentin mit den Fächern Deutsche Sprache und Literatur, Geschichte und katholische Theologie an der pädagogischen Hochschule in Freiburg i.Br. Erstes Staatsexamen im Herbst 2015. Seit Februar 2016 im Referendariat (Sekundarstufe 1).
