About the Author
K S Anantharaman is an advocate and professor and has over 50 years of teaching experience. He was part of the senior faculty at Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India, Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Maharashi Institute of Management and Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Viswa Mahavidyalaya. He has also been invited to provide training by the Institute of Co-Operative Management, Directorate of Training (Customs & Excise), Company Law Board and the National Productivity Council. In addition to this book, the author has also written books on Business and Commercial Laws, the Foreign Exchange and Management Act, and Industrial and Labour Laws.
