The book is divided into two major parts:
A. The Physics of Self-Leadership. This covers margins, space, time and energy, the major dimensions with which knowledge workers manage their lives. This is the visible area where we can realise "quick wins" of productivity.
B. The Soul of Self-Leadership, covering one's Identity, Presence, Destiny, and handling Relationships. These aspects of the Soul, if shaped well, provide a more sustained free life leadership.
