About the Book

English summary: Libraries have always occupied a particular place in the world of literature, the setting for innumerable discussions, interactions, intrigues, and trysts. From Montaigne and Oscar Wilde, to Sartre and Murakami, libraries are places of philosophy and secrets, of initiation and refuge.
