About the Book

Business law may include issues such as starting, selling, or buying a small business, managing a business, dealing with employees, and dealing with contractual issues. Other areas include insurance, wills and estate planning, consumer and creditor protection, advertising and marketing. Business Law for People in Business discusses, in layman's terms, the most common legal issues that face today's small business owners. About the Authors: William "Bill" Glover, J.D. - William H.
