About the Book

The story of the life of Yeheshua (Jesus) is known to millions as it has been passed down through the centuries. Unfortunately, the story has been altered by translation, editing and interpretation. The true story of one of the most remarkable people the world has ever seen is now told as He meant for it to be received. It is a story of dedication, passion and love for all humanity which has meaning for us many centuries later. In this book, Brother Ron explains, with numerous Biblical citations, how Yeheshua came to show us the power and love which exists within all of us as the Holy Spirit. He wanted us to have the same relationship with a loving Father that He had. Yeheshua wanted us to be one with God, as He was. By His healings and other wonders, He demonstrated what could be accomplished if we only had the same faith in God that he demonstrated. Brother Ron also discusses how religious organizations have misused citations from the Gospels to promote and justify bigotry and persecution for hundreds of years. They have also distorted His words to achieve commercial and political goals. You will learn what Yeheshua thought of those who use their religious authority for such purposes and how His death and resurrection eliminated the justification of such abuses. Some may find that the contents of this book may conflict with what they have been taught about Jesus, our Father and our relationship to both. The reader should understand that the purpose of this book is to strengthen your faith, not weaken it. Once you understand the message He was sent to deliver and the true nature of our relationship with God, you will increase your ability to find the love and power of God within you and use that love and power to fulfill God's purposes. It is for that purpose that this book was written.
About the Author: Brother Ron is the founder and pastor of the Open Gate Ministry and serves as the Bishop of the Universal Ministries for Columbia, South Carolina. He also serves as moderator for the Universal Ministries forum and its 3800 members. In addition to his ministerial background, he has experience as an educator, tax professional, entertainer and US Marine. He has also served as a consultant to the US Department of Education, has instructed at-risk students for the US Department of Labor, served as a Guardian Ad Litem for the family courts and taught in the prisons for Prison Fellowship. He has four children, ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He shares his home and his life with his wife, their dog, cat, four parakeets and assorted outside animal and bird guests.
