Ce livre raconte en détail comment l'Arche de Gabriel (ou l'Arche de l'Alliance) aurait été transférée et transportée à partir de La Mecque vers les profondeurs de l'hémisphère sud de notre planète. Cette histoire implique plusieurs personnages de premier plan gravitant tous autour d'un lieu commun, c'est-à-dire l'Antarctique: le président de la fédération de Russie Vladimir Poutine, le pape François, le patriarche de toute la Russie Cyrille de Moscou, le prince héritier d'Arabie saoudite Mohammed ben Salmane, le prêtre orthodoxe Oleg Artyomov, l'ancien secrétaire d'État américain John Kerry, ainsi que le cosmonaute russe Ivan Viktorovich Wagner.

L'humanité vit dans un combat perpétuel entre ceux qui sont de la "race de vipères" et ceux qui sont les "fils de Dieu". Cette race de vipères se cache aujourd'hui sous plusieurs dénominations. Il s'agit pour cette engeance de prendre possession et d'asservir les humains dans un système babylonien en leur injectant le venin du serpent et en leur ôtant toute parcelle divine qui était déjà en eux.
