About the Book

This book tells that economies are explained by Thermodynamics, it introduces FIVE new economic measures to Economics, Pressure, Volume, Heat, Enthalpy, and Entropy. It scientifically defines each of the measures to be applied to economics. An economic periodic table is constructed using atomic cartography, and each person is described charged following Mendeleev. The economy is then modeled with a Carnot engine, to explain production as a thermodynamic reaction, GDP as work, consumption as Entropy, and money as enthalpy. It completely ignores Marginal analysis and better assesses investment than classical measures of return can.The Appendix to this book directly applies Adrian Bejan's Constructal law to economics, it tells that evolving to live are the arrangements necessary to work measured by entropy. This new model of economics is the first that works and the only that has scientific proof. It thoroughly explains all markets, prices, and values. You will learn that the purpose of working and investing is to arrange the future for the next generation, and that is our evolving to live. Our trading partner is not in a foreign country, he has not been born yet, but one day he will live in your house, our purpose is to accommodate him, because we issue currency and live on the profit in the present by faith in its redemption by the future. For money to have value now, we trust that it will be redeemed later. This Trust can only be justified by our acting in good faith, and spending to benefit the future.Laozi told this complex truth of how money is issued in faith and backed by trust to the yellow emperor, and in ancient Egypt, Thoth was the bill discounter, he brokered the values exchanged between the dead and the unborn in the present. This version of the Laozi has not been translated or interpreted from other sources; it has been listened to directly and told straight. The appendix applies modern science to the valuation of currency and thoroughly explains how the value of a currency traded with the future is valued in the now by using Lorentz transformations, and the mathematics of electromagnetic induction. Money is said energy because it gets effort from the future when it is redeemed. Money is potential energy when issued and Kinetic when redeemed, we trade power with the future, and that has a value in the present. This book is a response to climate change, 20 years of continuous war, pollution, resource depletion, declining morals, decaying cities, and endless complaining. The work is a response to Buckminster Fuller saying "You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete". Ten years of full-time effort I have done just that. Classical economics was made obsolete on the 7th of November 2018 when this book was published. The Appendix will describe human activity, as nurturing. It will tell that nurturing is the purpose of life and the source of wealth. This is a valuable book, reading it, and discussing the future will enable you to assure your children of your worth in their inheritance, with confidence, not hubris .The prize in economics has always been to create a model. Marshall & Keynes failed, Walrus failed, Friedman failed, Richard Stone failed, Black and Scholes failed, Allias apologised, this author claims the mountain, he ignores all of classical economics, by applying known science to human industry. The book offers a new definition of Economics, and of Political economy. It says the sole subject of economics is people; resources have no value (nature is free); it rejects the labor theory of value, and says that there is no role for a banking system. The model explains the legitimate role for the polity in their controlling the State variables Pressure (taxation) Volume (permissions) and heat (seigniorage). This is the book that will define this Century.
