About the Book
"Ladies Can We Talk" is an eye opener to help women look inwardly and understand that 95% of the things we've faced, fought through, got defeated in, left devastated, were direct hits from the pit of hell. This book will unlock some hidden truths that for most of us until today are still unaware of. It will help bring clarity to you, and the reassurance that you were not a mistake, but that when God created you, he saw a life that was full of purpose and destiny. You will walk through each page of this book knowing that as you read, chains will be broken, and yokes destroyed from you. One of the things satan banks on is that you won't read this book through its entirety, but; I trust and pray over you now, that the spirit of the living God will quicken your spirit and put a deep thirst within you, that; not only will you complete it, but you will receive divine revelation from page to page as you begin your journey. Take as much time as you need to get through each page, some chapters, you might find yourself repeating and that's ok, as long as you get the understanding, revelation, and deliverance you need. As you go through this book be prepared to cry, laugh, and forgive. Cry, because you will discover how you've been deceived, manipulated, and blind-sided. Laugh, because the yokes will be destroyed as you read, and chains that have had you bound for years, will fall off. Forgive, because you will understand that it wasn't the person or people that hurt you, but they were influenced by the demonic masterminding of satan who was trying to destroy you before you realized who you truly are. It will become clear how he stopped at nothing to try and prevent you from fulfilling your purpose, your destiny. What I desire most, is after you've read this book, after the chains have been broken and yokes destroyed, after you've began your super natural healing from the inside out, that you will give God all the glory for being set free, and then be about your father's business seeking to help other women who are in great need to be totally set free. So now that we've gotten the introduction out of the way............... "LADIES CAN WE TALK"
About the Author: Valerie D. Jones third of five children was born in Milwaukee, WI., but grew up in Dayton, OH. She graduated from Roosevelt High School where she majored in Business, and where she was one of the speakers for her graduating class. After graduation she moved to Belzoni, MS. At age 18 she attended a tent revival and gave her life to the Lord. It was at church where she learned how to truly serve out of a sincere heart. Marrying at 19 years old, and after almost 10 years of a very long abusive and difficult marriage, it ended in divorce. In 1981 she left MS with her two daughters, heart-broken, back-slidden, no direction, no self-esteem and headed back to Ohio by way of Chicago, IL. It was in Chicago where God had a ram in the bush that not only intercepted what satan had planned for her, but used this elderly woman to remind her just how much God loved her and had so much more for her. Because of the abuse suffered previously, Valerie could not believe that a loving and caring God would allow a person to suffer so many devastating things, so instead of running to God she continued to try to run from God which only left her further wounded and disappointed. In October 1981 she came to the end of herself, and decided to move back to Dayton. At the request of one of her close friends at the time, she was invited to attend a church service in Blue Ash, KY not realizing that God had a plan to restore her that night which he did, and she has since served God for the past 31 years. Not only is she a minister of the gospel, but God has also anointed her to dance, where she is a part of Chosen Dance Ministry under the direction of Bishop Ted and Pastor Cheryl Willis. Valerie wrote her first short story entitled "Quit or Get Stronger" which was published in the book "Free to Fly" written by Ms. Penda James. Valerie's love for God and heart for women who are, and have been abused prompted her to write this book. She is a wife, Motivational Speaker, Entrepreneur, mother of nine beautiful children, twenty-one grandchildren, and two-great-grandchildren. She attended Sinclair Community College taking classes in American Sign Language. Her heart's desire is to see broken women everywhere healed, delivered, and set free, loving themselves and seeing themselves as God sees them, as they walk in their divine purpose ordained by our Heavenly Father.
