Al mismo tiempo, se habla de construir sinergias y modelos creativos de actividades económicas, porque allí donde se dan las grandes sinergias es donde el comercio más vivamente crea esa riqueza. Pero también ahí es donde está la innovación, porque la innovación es la que crea esa riqueza, y esa ventaja competitiva.
