Inhaltsangabe: Einleitung: Das Thema der vorliegenden Hausarbeit bildet eine Kundenzufriedenheitsanalyse. Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Fitness- und Bewegungszentrum, das im Februar 2000 neu gegründet worden ist und eine ständig steigene Mitgliederzahl zu verzeichnen hat. Das Unternehmen wird von drei Gesellschaftern geleitet. Zwei von Ihnen, Herr Fischer und Herr Krauß, studieren an der Universität Augsburg Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing und verbinden mit dieser Zufriedenheitsanalyse die Anforderungen des Studiums mit denen ihres Unternehmens. Mittels Kundenbefragung soll zunächst ermittelt werden, welche Erwartungen die Kunden dem Fitnessstudio entgegenbringen, inwieweit sie diese als realisiert erachten und in welchem Grad Kundenzufriedenheit erreicht wird. Aufgrund des vorhandenen Wettbewerbs und ähnlichen Produktangeboten vieler Fitnessstudios wird der Ruf nach Kundenbindungskonzepten laut. Neben der Neukundengewinnung ist die Sicherung der Stammkunden ein wichtiges Unternehmensziel, um sich dauerhaft gegenüber Mitbewerbern behaupten zu können. „Aufgrund des zunehmend stärkeren Wettbewerbs können in Konkurrenz stehende Anbieter auf Dauer nur überleben, wenn sie das Problem des Nachfragers besser lösen können als die Konkurrenz". Neben der Zufriedenheit mit dem Produktangebot sind vor allem die angebotenen Serviceeinrichtungen, sowie die Beratung von Interesse. Anhand der nachfolgenden Analyse sollen vorkommende Abweichungen zwischen Erwartung und Realisierung aufgedeckt und Möglichkeiten dargelegt werden, um diese zu beseitigen.
