Forschungsarbeit aus dem Jahr 2004 im Fachbereich BWL - Offline-Marketing und Online-Marketing, Note: 1, Universität Duisburg-Essen (Lehrstuhl für Marketing und Handel), Veranstaltung: Marketing, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Innerhalb unserer Arbeit stellen wir zum Thema Konsumentenforschung und Käuferverhalten zunächst umweltpsychologische Ansätze vor. Auf dieser Grundlage beschreiben wir unser Projekt, in dem wir eine Problemstellung herausarbeiten und im Anschluss eine Problemlösung liefern werden. Im theoretischen, umweltpsychologischen Teil konzentrieren wir uns in erster Linie auf die primär kognitiven und primär emotionalen Ansätze. Um ein besseres Verständnis für diese zu erzielen, gehen wir im Vorfeld explizit auf die Aktivierungstheorie ein. Ausgehend von diesem theoretischen Fundament stellen wir die konkrete Aufgabenstellung unseres Projektes dar. Wir werden zeigen, dass sich innerhalb unseres Projektes eine konkrete Problematik ergibt, die es zu lösen gilt. Die Problematik stellt sich in der Form dar, dass eine direkte Messung oder Beobachtung von Einstellungen und Motiven etc. des Konsumenten zu seinem individuellen Kaufverhalten nicht möglich ist. Dazu werden wir im Anschluss einen Lösungsansatz liefern. Eine sinnvoll anwendbare Methode ist die der Befragung, die wir dann ausführlich beschreiben und anwenden werden. Dazu werden wir im Anschluss anhand von Beispielen eine exemplarische Auswertung zur Veranschaulichung vornehmen.
