Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2018 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Kindergarten, Vorschule, frühkindl. Erziehung, Note: 1,3, DIPLOMA Fachhochschule Nordhessen; Zentrale, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Es gibt inzwischen viele Qualitätskonzepte für Kitas. Zwei davon - der Nationale Qualitätskriterienkatalog und der Kronberger Kreis - werden zum Thema Kita-Leitung genauer unter die Lupe genommen. Neben einer Einordnung in unterschiedliche Diskurslinien findet auch eine genaue Gegenüberstellung von Aussagen zum Leitungsverhalten statt. Das Thema Qualität in Kindertageseinrichtungen ist in aller Munde. Auf Bundesebene formuliert der Gesetzgeber im Kinder- und Jugendhilfegesetz einerseits den Rechtsanspruch eines jeden Kindes ab dem vollendeten ersten Lebensjahr auf Förderung in einer Tageseinrichtung oder in der Kindertagespflege und ebenso tut er dies für Kinder ab dem dritten Geburtstag im §24 Abs. 2 und 3 SGB VIII. Andererseits sieht der Gesetzgeber in Deutschland auch vor, dass doch die Qualität in den Kindertageseinrichtungen nicht zu kurz kommen solle und formuliert dies sogar mit der Maßgabe des Einsatzes von "Instrumenten und Verfahren zur Evaluation der Arbeit in den Einrichtungen" laut §22a Abs.1 SGB VIII. Und zwischen diesen beiden offensichtlich schwierig zu vereinbarenden Gegensätzen spielt sich auch seit einiger Zeit die Debatte in der Diskussion um die frühkindliche Bildung ab: Ein Mehr an Quantität soll nicht zu Lasten der Qualität gehen. Oder anders herum: Wie ist unter den Voraussetzungen des generellen Rechtsanspruches auf einen Kita-Platz die Qualität in Erziehung, Bildung und Betreuung in deutschen Kindertageseinrichtungen zu entwickeln und sicherzustellen?
