Resultierend aus dem aktuellen Megatrend der Globalisierung und dem daraus entstehenden Konkurrenzdruck, stehen viele Unternehmen vor der Herausforderung regelmäßig Produkt-/ Prozess- sowie Organisationsinnovationen zu schaffen. Dafür ist ein gewisses Maß an unternehmerischer Kreativität und Generierung neuer innovativer Ideen notwendig, welches heutzutage durch klassische Kreativitätstechniken wie z. B. Brainstorming unterstützt wird. Allerdings sind diese Techniken bezüglich ihrer Wirksamkeit umstritten. In dieser Studie wird daher eine mögliche Alternative untersucht, die die Nachteile der klassischen kreativen Gruppenarbeit umgehen soll. Die Rede ist von Softwares, die die Bearbeitung von Kreativitätstechniken, individuell vor dem eigenen PC ermöglicht. Das grundsätzliche Ziel dieser Studie ist demnach, eine Auswahl an Kreativitätstechniken zu treffen, die für eine webbasierte Nutzung geeignet sind. Kreativitätstechniken sind dann geeignet, wenn diese sich positiv hinsichtlich ihrer Qualität bei dem Einsatz im Internet ändern. Abgerundet wird die Untersuchung mit einer Akzeptanzanalyse der User, die die Befürwortung der Nutzung internetbasierter Kreativitätstechniken prüfen soll.
About the Author: Monika Gawlak, M. Sc. wurde 1985 in Wolomin (Polen) geboren. Nach der Wende siedelte sie mit ihrer Familie nach Bayern aus. Dort absolvierte sie an der Fachhochschule Amberg-Weiden den Bachelorstudiengang "Management und europäische Sprachen". Das Masterstudium "Technologie und Innovationsmanagement" schloss die Autorin 2013 an der FH Brandenburg / TU Cottbus ab. Aufgrund ihrer Leidenschaft für die Kreativität und den damit verbundenen Techniken entschloss sie sich dazu, sich mit der Thematik näher zu befassen. Da internetbasierte Kreativitätstechniken in der Praxis noch sehr selten verbreitet sind, kann diese Studie auch als Pionierarbeit betrachtet werden.
