Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2020 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Hochschulwesen, Note: 1,0, Philipps-Universität Marburg, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Kooperationen zwischen Hochschulen und Unternehmen werden als Möglichkeit gesehen, dem veränderten Bedarf des sich ändernden Arbeitsmarktes gerecht zu werden, eine Positionierung der Hochschule am Weiterbildungsmarkt zu ermöglichen, Fachkräfte früher zu rekrutieren, diese an das Unternehmen zu binden und den wachsenden Anforderungen der aktuellen Wissensgesellschaft gerecht zu werden. Daher haben interorganisationale Kooperationen zwischen öffentlichen Hochschulen und Wirtschaftsunternehmen in den letzten Jahren zunehmend an Bedeutung und Relevanz gewonnen. Speziell aufgrund der Möglichkeit, dadurch die Anpassungsfähigkeit an wirtschaftliche und gesellschaftliche Rahmenbedingungen zu fördern. Studien weisen jedoch nach, dass trotz des steigenden Bedarfs erfolgreicher interorganisationaler Kooperationen unüberwindbare Herausforderungen existieren, die zur Folge haben, dass Kooperationen nicht zustande kommen, oder das gewünschte Ziel verfehlen. Die einschlägige Literatur, die sich mit Lösungsansätzen zur Handlungsfähigkeit der Organisationen unter erschwerten Bedingungen und kooperationshemmenden Faktoren beschäftigt, wird primär von einer Richtung geprägt, die sich mit einer Veränderung und (wirtschaftlicher) Anpassung der hochkomplexen organisationalen Hochschulkultur und -Struktur auseinandersetzt und das Einführen einer unternehmerischen Hochschulkultur erwägt. Jedoch weist diese empirische Lösungsrichtung, unter anderem aufgrund der aufwendigen praktischen Umsetzung sowie angesichts des hohen zusätzlichen Personal- und Arbeitsaufwandes, Schwachstellen auf. Diese Arbeit führt eine bisher wenig betrachtete Sichtweise ein und generiert aus diesem Perspektivwechsel Handlungsvorschläge für Unternehmen und Hochschulen.
