Diese wird als Organisation aufgefasst, in welcher die einzelnen Personen gemein-sam dazu beitragen, die Funktionen der gesamten Einheit zu erfüllen - dafür ist die Kooperation in multiprofessionellen Teams essentiell. Die Schul- und Unterrichtsqualität hängt also auch davon ab, wie die Zusammenarbeit der verschiedenen Fachkräfte und Berufsgruppen zum Wohl der Kinder umgesetzt wird. Diese Zertifikatsarbeit soll deshalb aufzeigen, wie sich die Qualität der Kooperation in multiprofessionellen Teams in der Organisation Schule beurteilen lässt. Einerseits ergibt sich dadurch eine Sensibilität sowie eine Reflexivität für ein Phänomen, von dem eine gewisse Brisanz ausgeht, weil Lehrpersonen in vielen Belangen noch alleine arbeiten, sich nicht erklären müssen und selbst entscheiden können - zu kooperieren ist nicht immer oder überall selbstverständlich. Andererseits lässt sich damit aufzeigen, dass sich eine sinnvolle, zweckmäßige und glaubwürdige Zusammenarbeit der verschiedenen Fachkräfte und Berufsgruppen nicht ohne Aufwand oder Anspruch ergibt - sowohl die einzelnen Professionen als auch die ganze Organisation sind dabei gefordert. Im Rahmen dieser Zertifikatsarbeit soll dargestellt werden, was unter der Kooperation in multiprofessionellen Teams zu verstehen ist, wie sich darauf bezogen eine Qualität festlegen lässt und welche Instrumente zur Verfügung stehen, um diesbezüglich beurteilende Aussagen zu mache
