Inhaltsangabe: Problemstellung: Das hier vorgestellte Konzept für ein CKM Benchmarking Tool ist an der Hochschule der Medien (HDM) im Fach Informationswissenschaft im Wintersemester 2003/2004 entstanden. Gegenstand der hier vorgestellten Arbeit ist ein Schaubild zur Konzeption eines Customer Knowledge Management Benchmarking Tool. Zielgruppe sind kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen. Das Schaubild kann als Plan oder als Konzeptionsmodell verstanden werden. Dieses Modell kann verwendet werden, um einen Überblick über alle erforderlichen Voraussetzungen und notwendigen Anforderungen bei der Einführung von CKM zu bekommen. Das Modell auf Seite 61 stellt das Thema CKM und die damit verbundenen Management Ansätze und die Anforderungen, welche ein Unternehmen zur nachhaltigen Umsetzung von CKM erfüllen muss strukturiert und übersichtlich dar. Zusätzlich enthält die hier vorliegende Arbeit einen umfangreichen Fragenkatalog, der dabei helfen soll, die Unternehmen in Bezug auf CKM zu befragen und zu beraten. Dieser Fragenkatalog kann als Checkliste fungieren und die Erfüllung der wichtigsten Aspekte bei der Umsetzung von CKM garantieren. Dem jeweiligen Unternehmen sollen dabei mögliche Lösungsvorschläge für ein erfolgreiches CKM suggeriert werden. Durch diese Arbeit soll eine Wissensbasis im Unternehmen entstehen. Diese Wissensbasis dient als Instrument, Verbesserungsvorschläge oder Ergänzungen der vorhandenen Voraussetzungen, Methoden, Techniken und Technologien vorzuschlagen.
