Inhaltsangabe: Zusammenfassung: Das Angebot an fachspezifischen Lernprogrammen an der FH Düsseldorf, die auf spezielle Bedürfnisse der Studierenden zur Unterstützung ihres Studiums ausgerichtet sind, ist bisher noch nicht ausreichend. Im Rahmen des Ausbaus des hochschuleigenen Lernportals alex (active learning & knowledge exchange) wird daher die Entwicklung eigener Lernprogramme an der FH Düsseldorf angestrebt. Zu diesem Zweck wurde die alex E-Learning-Workbench konzipiert und umgesetzt. Sie bildet die notwendige Infrastruktur zur effizienten Lernprogrammentwicklung in - konzeptioneller - organisatorischer - und technischer Hinsicht. Die Diplomarbeit von Nadine Kämper leistete einen Beitrag zur Konzeption und Umsetzung der alex-Workbench. In der Arbeit werden etablierte WBT-Entwicklungsmethoden betrachtet, und es wird versucht, unter Verwendung eines kommerziellen Autorenwerkzeuges, das individuell auf die Anforderungen der Lernenden sowie der Hochschule zugeschnitten wurde, effizientere Wege zur Lernprogrammentwicklung zu finden. Ein grundlegendes Ziel dabei ist die Vereinfachung des WBT-Konzeptionsprozesses. Es soll bereits für Autoren möglich sein, webfähige Lernprogrammseiten zu erstellen; der Prozess des Drehbuchschreibens wird mit dem der Seitenerstellung direkt verbunden, so dass die Umsetzung des Drehbuches in das fertige Lernprogramm praktisch entfällt. Die Rolle der Autoren könnte beispielsweise von Hochschuldozenten übernommen werden, da die zu entwickelnden Lernprogramme vor allem zur Ergänzung ihrer Lehrveranstaltungen gedacht sind. Zur weiteren Unterstützung des Konzeptionsprozesses werden den Autoren Vorlagen an die Hand gegeben, welche didaktische, technische und gestalterische Aspekte berücksichtigen. Dazu werden Vorlagen für Lernprogrammseiten sowie Vorschläge für Seiten- und Kapitelabfolgen in Lernprogrammen erstellt. Dies erfolgt jeweils unter Berücksichtigung der Fähigkeiten des Autorenwerkzeugs, der vorgenommenen Erweiterungen und der
