Schulpolitik, Note: 1,0, Rheinland-Pfälzische Technische Universität Kaiserslautern-Landau, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Nach §127b des Hessischen Schulgesetzes (HSchG) ist ein Fortbildungsplan integraler Bestandteil eines Schulprogramms, in welchem das pädagogische Selbstverständnis einer Schulgemeinde und die konkreten Ziele, Schwerpunkte und Entwicklungsvorhaben darlegt werden. Die bisherige Fortbildungssituation an den meisten Schulen ist, dass sich die Lehrkräfte zwar rege fortbilden, aber diesbezüglich ihre Veranstaltungen relativ spontan nach eigenen Neigungen und Interessen auswählen. Es ist den einzelnen Lehrkräften weitgehend überlassen, an welchen Fortbildungen sie teilnehmen. Weiterbildung wird von allen als Privatsache angesehen. Hieraus leiten sich für die Autorin folgende Fragen ab: 1) Wie ist ein Fortbildungsmanagement an einer kaufmännischen Berufsschule zu gestalten, eingebunden in einen ganzheitlichen systemischen Zusammenhang einer qualitätsfördernden Selbststeuerung? 2) Welches sind die Gelingensbedingungen für eine Einbindung und Verankerung von Fortbildungsplanung in den schulischen Alltag? 3) Welche Zuständigkeiten bestehen im Rahmen einer Fortbildungsplanung? Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit ist es, ein theoretisch fundiertes und insbesondere praktisch umsetzbares Konzept für ein systematisches Fortbildungsmanagement einer Einzelschule zu entwickeln. Damit sieht sich die Arbeit auch als Orientierungsrahmen für Fortbildungsbeauftragte aber auch für alle an einer systematischen Fortbildungsplanung Beteiligten. In der vorliegenden Hausarbeit sollen wesentliche theoretische Grundlagen für eine systematische Fortbildungsplanung vorgestellt werden. Aufbauend auf diesen Kenntnissen werden die einzelnen Schritte eines zyklischen Prozesses der Fortbildungsplanung theoretisch fundiert erläutert und durch praktische Hinweise in Form von Leitfragen ergänzt.
