Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2006 im Fachbereich Soziale Arbeit / Sozialarbeit, Note: 1,3, Fachhochschule Braunschweig / Wolfenbüttel; Standort Braunschweig, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Undurchsichtigkeit der gegenwärtig geführten bildungspolitischen Diskussion nach Pisa ist allgegenwärtig spürbar und vorhanden. Von Bildungspolitik nach Pisa kann eigentlich nicht ausgegangen werden, da klar erkennbare Akteure in der bildungspolitischen Praxis einfach fehlen: es gibt kaum identifizierbare Politiker, keine klaren Programmatiken, es gibt auch keine verlässlich operierenden Ministerien und Verwaltungen. Es gibt vor allem keine Öffentlichkeit mehr, in der die Angelegenheit des Bildungssystems in einer Art und Weise verhandelt werden, die dann in demokratisch legitimierten Formen durch den Gesetzgeber ausgesprochen und geregelt werden. Vor dem Hintergrund dieser bildungspolitisch fragwürdigen Entwicklung sind insbesondere die Ergebnisse der letzten Pisa- Studie zu interpretieren. Hat sich doch gezeigt, dass sich die Chancenungleichheit unter deutschen Schülern noch mehr verschärft hat: in keinem anderen Staat der Welt ist der Schulerfolg so stark von Einkommen und Vorbildung der Eltern abhängig ist wie in Deutschland. Das dreigliedrige Schulsystem ist offenbar nicht in der Lage, das Zusammenspiel von sozialer Herkunft und guten schulischen Lernergebnissen zu durchbrechen. Diese Erkenntnis bezieht sich vor allem auf die Gruppe der Hauptschüler. Gleich von mehreren Seiten werden derzeit Forderungen nach einer Abschaffung der Hauptschule erhoben. Motiviert zeigt sich der Verfasser dieser Arbeit in der Hinsicht, diese Thematik in das Bezugsfeld von Sozialer Arbeit zu stellen. Die Schulsozialarbeit setzt an einem Widerspruch des Bildungswesens an: einerseits dem Widerspruch zwischen dem demokratischen Gebot gleicher Bildungschancen für alle und andererseits dem von der Schule erwarteten Beitrag zur Legitimation gesellschaftlicher Statusunterschiede.
