Inhaltsangabe: Zusammenfassung: Seit jeher waren und sind Veränderungen in der sozialen Umwelt des Menschen von Konflikten begleitet. Dieses ist im privaten, häuslichen Bereich nicht anders als am Arbeitsplatz. Doch gerade Unternehmen - und somit auch ihre Mitarbeiter - müssen sich immer schneller an verändernde Märkte anpassen, um im Wettbewerb erfolgreich sein zu können. Konflikte können diesen Wandel jedoch erschweren und verzögern und dadurch immense Kosten verursachen. Neuhauser macht darauf aufmerksam, daß Manager etwa 25 bis 60 Prozent ihrer Arbeitszeit für Konflikte und Personalprobleme aufwenden. Es scheint daher nicht verwunderlich, daß die Literatur zum Konfliktmanagement mittlerweile eine nahezu unüberschaubare Vielfalt angenommen hat. Diese Arbeit möchte die Literatur dahingehend ergänzen, daß sie anhand von vier Fallstudien exemplarisch untersucht, wie Konflikte bei Veränderungsmaßnahmen in Unternehmen von externen Beratern gestaltet werden, und welche Methoden der Konfliktlösung und -prophylaxe dabei zur Anwendung kommen. Ziel der Arbeit / Problem- und Fragestellung Das Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, anhand von vier Fallstudien darzustellen, mit Hilfe welcher Interventionsmethoden bzw. Vorgehensweisen Unternehmensberater im Rahmen ihrer Beratungstätigkeit Konflikte lösen bzw. vermeiden, die im Rahmen von Veränderungsmaßnahmen im Unternehmen entstehen bzw. entstehen könnten. Weiterhin soll untersucht werden, ob sich aus den Fallstudien heraus Interventionsmethoden bzw. Vorgehensweisen erkennen lassen, deren Anwendung konflikttypenübergreifend eine Lösung und / oder Prophylaxe von Konflikten ermöglichen könnte. Hierbei wird insbesondere folgenden Fragestellungen nachgegangen: -Wie bauen die Unternehmensberater ein Vertrauensverhältnis zu ihren Klienten bzw. zu den Konfliktparteien auf? -Welche Konflikttypen treten während der Veränderungsprozesse in Unternehmen auf?
