Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 1998 im Fachbereich Führung und Personal - Recruiting, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die erfolgreiche Eingliederung eines neuen Mitarbeiters in ein Unternehmen hängt in hohem Maße von den Kommunikationseigenschaften der Vorgesetzten und Kollegen ab. Als Kommunikation wird der wechselseitige Austausch von Informationen verstanden, wobei jedes Individuum seine ganz spezielle Art besitzt zu kommunizieren. In Abschnitt 2. wird zunächst auf den Prozess der Eingliederung eingegangen. Es werden die allgemeinen Ziele dieses, was Probleme angeht, unterschätzten Vorgangs aufgezeigt sowie die einzelnen Phasen erläutert. Den Vorgesetzten und Kollegen kommt dabei eine gewichtige Rolle zu, da der neue Mitarbeiter versucht sein Bedürfnis nach sozialem Kontakt zu stillen und gleichzeitig äußerst anfällig ist für Kommunikationsverzerrungen, die ihren Ursprung im Fehlverhalten des Gegenübers haben. In Abschnitt 3. sind die Grundlagen der interpersonalen Kommunikation dargestellt. Neben den Merkmalen und Funktionen wird an dieser Stelle das Vier-Seiten-Modell der Kommunikation von Friedemann Schulz von Thun näher beleuchtet. Das Modell liefert Erklärungsansätze darüber, auf welchen Ebenen eine Nachricht vom Sender vermittelt werden kann, sprich, inwieweit die Persönlichkeit, das Verhältnis zum Empfänger, die Absicht, Einfluss zu üben, und der einfache Inhalt der Nachricht eine Rolle spielen. Es folgt ein Exkurs in die Neurowissenschaften, um anhand des Aufbaus unseres Gehirns Ansätze herauszukristallisieren, die einen Beitrag zum Verständnis interpersonaler Kommunikation liefern. Der Abschnitt 4. löst sich von der allgemeinen Betrachtung und führt speziell die Funktionen erfolgreicher zwischenmenschlicher Kommunikation bei der Eingliederung neuer Mitarbeiter auf.
