Welche Kompetenzen sind im Rahmen kollegialer Beratung bei Veränderungsprozessen wichtig? Wie kann präventives Begleiten von Kollegen als Motor für persönliches Wachstum im beruflichen Kontext das Entdecken persönlicher Ressourcen ermöglichen? Mitarbeitende benötigen Wertschätzung für ihre bisher geleisteten Tätigkeiten und eine plausibel transportierte Begründung für Veränderungsprozesse: Neue Rahmenbedingungen bedeuten ein Umstellen von Arbeitsweise und Zusammenarbeit (Hofmann, 2009). Mit kollegialem Coaching erfahren die Betroffenen Unterstützung. Organisatorische Veränderungen können aktiv oder passiv ablehnendes Handeln von Mitarbeitenden zur Folge haben: Sie analysieren die Folgen der Veränderung für sich, und je nach Ergebnis verbinden sie Chancen, Handlungsstrategien oder Konfrontation mit ihrem weiteren Verhalten (Hofmann, 2009, S. 22). Ihr eigenes Verhalten begründen die Menschen dabei unterschiedlich (Luhmann, 2009): Ereignisse des Erlebens rechnen sie der Umwelt zu; beim Handeln rechnen sie Ereignisse den Motiven der Organisation oder der Person zu (Muraitis & Schlippe, 2012).
