Inhaltsangabe: Einleitung: Motorisches Lernen in Sport und Alltag beinhaltet aufwendige Anpassungsprozesse unseres zentralen Nervensystems. Zahlreiche Phasenmodelle motorischen Lernens gehen davon aus, dass solche Anpassungsprozesse in charakteristischen Abschnitten mit jeweils vorherrschenden informationsverarbeitenden Prozessen ablaufen. Daher wurde postuliert, dass der Bedarf an kognitiven Rechenressourcen während des Lernens ansteigt, und dass spezifische Ressourcen zu unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten des Lernens dominant beansprucht werden. Diese Arbeit untersuchte den Ressourcenbedarf einer Adaptation an veränderte visuelle Feedbackbedingungen mit Hilfe der Doppeltätigkeits-Methodik. Dazu führten Versuchspersonen mit ihrer dominanten Hand eine Trackingaufgabe unter verschiedenen Feedback-Bedingungen und gleichzeitig mit der anderen Hand verschiedene Zweitaufgaben durch. Die Zweitaufgaben bestanden aus unterschiedlichen Reaktionszeit-Aufgaben, welche jeweils spezifische informationsverarbeitende Prozesse beinhalteten. Im Vergleich zu einer Kontrollbedingung beanspruchte eine Zweitaufgabe besonders viel Aufmerksamkeit, eine andere dagegen eine visuell-räumliche Rotation und eine weitere Zweitaufgabe eine aufwendige Bewegungsprogrammierung. Zu Beginn des Lernens stieg die Doppeltätigkeits-Interferenz zwischen Tracking- und Zweitaufgaben stark an und reduzierte sich im weiteren Verlauf des Übens wieder. Dabei war in einer frühen Phase des Lernens die aufmerksamkeitsbeanspruchende Zweitaufgabe und die Aufgabe mit räumlicher Drehung besonders störend für die Trackingleistung. Im Gegensatz dazu interferierte die Zweitaufgabe mit komplexer Bewegungsprogrammierung und -ausführung vorherrschend zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt des Lernens. Diese Ergebnisse liefern somit seltene empirische Hinweise für die These, dass sich der Ressourcenbedarf während des motorischen Lernens quantitativ und qualitativ verändert.
