Schulpolitik, Note: 1, Universität Bremen (Fachbereich Erziehungs- und Gesellschaftswissenschaften), Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die Vorstellungen über 'Geschlechtlichkeit' bzw. über die Geschlechtszugehörigkeit werden durch ein Konglomerat von alltagstheoretischen Grundannahmen bestimmt. Seitdem jedoch das Geschlecht selbst Gegenstand zahlrei¬cher wissenschaftlicher Untersuchungen geworden ist, sind diese alltagstheoretischen Definitionen von Geschlecht zur Disposition gestellt. Ausgehend von dieser Kritik, wird im ersten Kapitel der feministische, sozio¬logische und philosophische Diskurs über die Kategorie Geschlecht verkürzt dargestellt. Das zweite Kapitel beschäftigt sich mit der konkreten Ausgestaltung der männlichen Ge-schlechtsidentität. Existiert eine einheitliche Definition von 'Männlichkeit' oder der männlichen Identität? Kann man von einer statischen männlichen Rolle ausgehen, oder muss man von 'Männlichkeiten' sprechen? Vor diesem Hintergrund werden im dritten Kapitel die Grundzüge männlicher Soziali¬sation dargestellt. Im vierten Kapitel wird der Bezug zur koedukativen Realität hergestellt. Koedukation ist durch die zweite Frauenbewegung, insbesondere durch die feministische Schulforschung, wieder zu einem umstrittenen Konzept geworden. Erst in den letzten Jahren widmete sich eine Reihe von Autoren explizit der Situation von Jungen (Schnack-Neutzling 1990, Ottemeier-Glücks 1994, Böhnisch/Winter 1993, Möller 1997, Zimmermann 1998), dabei beschäftigten sie sich hauptsächlich mit der bisher vernachlässigten Seite der Jungen¬sozialisation. Daher wird in diesem Kapitel die Situation von Jungen in der ko¬edukativen Praxis auf zwei Ebenen darge¬stellt. Auf der einen Seite werden Ergebnisse der feministischen Schulforschung dis-kutiert. Demgegenüber wird verdeutlicht, daß die Be¬dürfnisse und die Lebensrealitäten der Jungen in der Grundschule strukturell nicht aus¬reichend b
