About the Book

EN

"The Book of Takas" is a collection of stories about the allegorical world of Takas and describes the lives of its inhabitants through their archetypal conflicts. Takas are gods of voles (voles are creatures of the allegorical world from the book "Zivot s voluharicama" - "Life with the voles") and Takas live in Wota's land (in the book there is also the map of Wota's land). Wota, the creator, first created the first voles and the first human being. But she was disappointed by her work and in a new land she and her lover Moon created the beings in her image - TAKAS. The book tells about the fates of the individual Takas, about the emergence of the countries and cities, about legends and mythology of Takas, about their faith, about heroes from the past, about dreams and parallel worlds. In their destinies, the archetypal, eternal - i.e. also modern, contemporary - conflicts within the family and society are clearly visible. The individual who is thrown into the world with a specific purpose is in search of answers to the ongoing existential questions and experiences both extreme brutality and extraordinary tenderness on his individual path.

DE

HR

Knjiga priča o sudbinama pojedinih Taka, o nastanku pojedinih zemalja i gradova, o legendama i mitologiji Taka, o njihovim vjerovanjima, o junacima iz njihove proslosti, o snovima i paralelnim svjetovima.
